About Us

I'm Mark Robinson, Owner and Managing Director of KUBA Consulting. We are passionate about and focus primarily on Organization Design, which often includes strategy clarification and alignment too. Key to our success is a collaborative approach, coaching leaders and engaging many, through transformational change, while building true commitment.

With more than 20 years of experience as an internal and external organization development consultant in numerous companies (including NCR, Baxter Healthcare, Harley-Davidson, and Northwestern Mutual) and industries, ranging from start-ups to multi-national matrix organizations, I'll provide you some of the most practical, proven approaches I know of and have created, scaled for your organization's size and needs.

I take great pride in partnering with clients to build their entire organization's capability to effectively execute strategy and change. This work is truly fun for me!
